Determinants of professionalism of nurses technicians

Determinants of professionalism are the factors that affect the health of health workers positively and negatively and we know that the WHO defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and exhaustion. Aim: Show the elements that largely affect the professionalism of nurses. Material and Methods: The study was conducted in the Special Hospital 'Sveti Sava' Belgrade from 01.05.2012 to 01.06.2012, on a sample of 50 nurses. The material collected indirect observational, descriptive and a random sample. The instrument used in the study questionnaire. Results: Collegial relationships are satisfied with the 40% of respondents, the autonomy to do their jobs satisfied with 30% support superiors 35% of respondents were satisfied, 80% were emotionally exhausted, the satisfaction of the available time to perform tasks has 30%, professional development and advancement satisfied 30 % of respondents, while exhaustion EDEN thought to work listing all respondents. Discussion: Determinants of professionalism are largely represented in the medical profession nurses. Results research showed that these determinants greatly affect the professionalism of employees Conclusion: Based on research conducted in the Special Hospital 'Sveti Sava' in Belgrade it can be concluded that there are a number of social determinants that affect the professionalism of positively and negative.
