This research examines the implementation of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. By using non-probability judgment sampling, 145 individuals staff employees in-charge of North Maluku in 42 SKPD were involved in the research. The results indicate that: (1) performance expectations, effort expectations, and social factors influence the intention of SIKD utilization. (2) The intention of implementing SIKD and facilitating conditions affect the use of SIKD. (3) The use of SIKD affects the satisfaction of SIKD users. (4) Gender and age are moderating variables in this research.
