| Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Communicational Politic of the Venezuelan media in Conflicts Pacific Resolution and the Administration of Peace Culture. The study of the categories was approached by means of a qualitative methodological process. The study of the categories was approached by means of a qualitative methodological process. An instrument was applied conceived as an interview semi structured, conformed by four articles, applied to a key group of informants selected intentionally. The final analysis was made through the triangular relationship among the positions of the key informants, the theory and the author's synthesis. . As a conclusion, in a general way, the syndrome of the duality of the MCS gives the as a result from the MCS to each circumstance, moving exclusively away from the traditional theory as for the mediator role of the MCS.
