The necessity of the doctor to inform his patient under the medical contract is the best solution to the principle of respect for the patient's will. The doctor cannot perform any medical work on the patient's body until he has received the consent of the patient himself or the consent of whose behalf, and this satisfaction can only be taken if it is derived from a conscious and informed will. In turn, the doctor is required to inform his patient and give him enough information about his condition. Informing here is the best way to maintain confidence in the relationship between the parties to the medical contract.
