Methods: we chose a qualitative research. Data were obtained through investigation of records and semi-structured interviews that were conducted on October 2010, and ten users have participated in the research. Results: it was identified that they have showed the most varied trajectories, and part of them has started in other locations. It was also identified different gateways to the system, such as private and public services at different levels of attention. Conclusion: users access the system in different ways. It is believed that the health professional could be the system “gateway”, because it would provide a better reception to the user, facilitating his access and the resolution of his health problem.https://periodicos.ufsm.br/reufsm/article/view/8233hipertensãosistema único de saúdeserviços de saúdedoenças cardiovasculares. |
