traumatic arteriovenous fistula between the axillary artery and vein with false aneurysm formation. The patient was discharged 11 days after successful operation. Oral
clopidogrel and aspirin were administerted for 18 months. At one year follow-up, the patient was in good condition and showed no evidence of neurological deficit in the left upper limb.
