Summary: | On the example of machine-building enterprises of Vinnytsia region the character and features of their activities are analyzed, as well as conclusions regarding instability and inefficiency of the work effectiveness. Analysis and grouping of enterprises on selected attributes made possible to clarify the nature of the major economic and business indicators in each group, which facilitated the study of relations between the general management systems and content of quality management systems of activity at enterprises and confirmed the direct interdependence between the content and efficiency of these management systems, the efficiency of the quality management and the state of enterprises. The list of indicators of the quality management system of activity is proposed. For each of them number of quality indicators, which are affected by the form (way) quality management of activity, is formed. The relationship of indicators of quality management system with the classification features that allows to create a profile of the quality management system is realized in a table. It is concluded about the possibility of using the proposed classification system as an intellectual component of the program decision making support in the formation of the profile of the quality management system of activity. |
