Summary: | Recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa is an incurable, often fatal mucocutaneous blistering disease. A 2yr -old girl, presented with generalized bullous lesions since birth. Allogeneic bone marrow transplant can partially improve skin and mucosal integrity in patients with recessive dystrophic EB.
