Description
Summary:Activity-centred ergonomics research into MSD prevention can increase its effectiveness by producing knowledge about the real work activity of practitioners. Occupational health physicians are important participants in OHS reform in France. Few studies of their work have been conducted in the Francophone and international literature. The aim of this paper is to show that assisting occupational health physicians in constructing a collective viewpoint of their work activity can help to develop the individual work activities of all involved and to construct occupational rules that are needed for collective inter-occupational exchanges. Intervention methodology can create the conditions needed for a collective mobilization of the participants.
