The Netherlands drafted an evaluation report in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA. Although no consumer risk was identified related to the MRL proposed by the applicant, EFSA concluded that the setting of an MRL for chlorothalonil in cranberries at a higher level than 5 mg/kg, the MRL from the origin country, is not appropriate.
