The information and communication technology have succeeded, in record time, to deeply mark the society. From simplification tools of work, within companies, they became an intensification tools workload and have contributed on accelerate its pace. Mobile ICT, which invaded society within its deep confines, have accentuated this phenomenon. The boundaries between professional and personal struggle to resist. Far from technical determinism, attributing all changes only to technical devices, we will initiate reflection on this new reality that faced both Moroccan companies and their employees.
