Summary:The article presents a psychoanalytical approach for a prevention group work, aimed at child workersand their families. The group work approach offer to the participants a non-directive meeting space based on the flow andinterchange of the spoken word. The participants themselves spontaneously introduce the topics to the conversation. Thanksto the unobtrusive presence of an accompanying psychologist, the participants look for and propose possible answers to theirquestions and doubts. This work is based on data obtained from The Psychological Care Project, conducted in five cities inEcuador, during four years, with over three thousand participants.
