| Summary: | [Purpose/significance] How to manage the knowledge of experts and engineers to realize the knowledge transformation from the recessive to the dominant, and promote the accumulation, transformation and application of knowledge effectively is a big challenge for China’s aerospace development. [Method/process] This paper put forward the model of “Post-Profession-Flow” three dimensional knowledge curing system to develop the knowledge management in terms of the standard directory, design templates, expert interviews and other forms of knowledge management practice, attempting to explore the effective mechanism of knowledge creation, knowledge manifestation and knowledge sharing. [Result/conclusion] This model has been applied in the process of product development effectively within the internal unit and hospital-related unit. |
