This model presents the stiffness effect of a mast’s diagonal mounting for incessant communication. When operating under a given wind load at a specific location, the antenna’s total rotation angle should stay below a certain limit to ensure uninterrupted communications. For most of the masts being are exhibiting very low torsional stiffness that might be due to the geometry of the diagonal mountings.
