CONTENT STRATEGY AND RISK MODEL AS AN OPPORTUNITY – LITERATURE REVIEW

This work aims to identify strategies and risk models as an opportunity in projects, proposing a literature review. The article presents the theory of risk as an opportunity beyond strategies and models found in searches. In addition, the article aims to analyze the model as an alternative to expand the studies on the opportunities within the project management. The methodology used is the literature review, explaining the scientific information on the strategies that interfere in the management of risk as opportunity. By results are found a few strategies and only non-scientific model, as the analysis of risks and opportunities are based on the same model of downside risks, but with emphasis on the positive impact. The work follows the introduction structure, literature review, methodology, results, conclusions and finally references.
