Summary:In this article was considered an experience of formation of professional- ethical competence of students – future managers. It was established, that specialist must gain the ability to use professional-ethical knowledge in different situations; and the problem of moral self-determination of students – future managers is no less important than the formation of their professional competence. It was proved that realization of this model needs for ethical environment that must be created due to integration of the socio-humanitarian subjects and out-class arrangements. The author analyzed publications of the native and foreign scientists and offered several practical elaborations that concern pedagogical conditions of formation of professional-ethical competence. It is worth noting, that the author reveals factors that influence the development of ethical competence of future managers in the process of professional preparation in the higher educational institutions. The author analyzed the experience of knowledge on “Practical cultural studies” and “Museum practicum” in Vinnitsa national technical university. It is worth noting, that the necessary condition for the formation of professional-ethical competence in students is a combination of the newest technologies and methods of teaching in addition to the traditional ones. The model of formation of ethical competence of the future management needs for further studies
