In the report the authors analyze the complex problems associated with the formation of regional industrial clusters, initially announced as an innovative structure. The main objectives of the planned is the introduction of the real economy scheme of public-private partnership and in the revival of national medical industry of innovative type, in particular, the sector of pharmaceuticals.
