The proposed method employs Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) for weighting of criteria, and Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). The FIS determines the effectiveness ratio for FAHP method and Fuzzy Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS).
