Theoretical methods reveal the essential relationships of the object of the investigation; the historical-logical was used to account for the main trends of actual phenomena and events in passing years. The system approach allows to analyze the activities with a systemic conception; surveys and interviews were given to in-service professionals, employers, professors and students lead to collecting relevant data.
