Summary:The paper describes several principals of a social-and-educational system functioning on the example of the system of “Natural Science education”. Some problems in the functioning of this system are examinedon the basis of synergic and information concepts. Simultaneously, the cause-effect disorders in understanding of the processes appearing in teaching Natural Science disciplines to students students majoring in the Humanities under the conditions of higher professional education modernization. In conclusion, the authors emphasize the necessity to focus on increasing effectiveness both of the social and educational system in general and, in particular, of the system of “Natural Science education” directed at the active forming of students’world view and system of knowledge about the world.
