It is established that in the studied samples of distribution of frequencies of alleles and genotypes of the studied polymorphic markers had no deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The prevalence of XRCC3Met in the group of patients with lung cancer is statistically significantly higher than in healthy people. Also, there was a decrease in the frequency of Thr/Thr homozygotes of the XRCC3 gene in male patients with lung cancer.
