Summary: | In the framework of uncertainty that characterizes professional trajectories of contemporaneous European youths, this article focuses on the future of women involved in feminism and graduated from the University with a Master on gender. As such, it raises the following hot issue related to the phenomenon of gender studies professionalization: the conditions of integration and work of post-gratuated women dedicated to shift power relations. I show how some female students from French universities embark upon “militant professional trajectories”. I highlight that they skilfully develop different strategies to enter the labour market, between high commitments for feminist fights aims and tactics to deal with the now so expected self-determination and emancipation of (graduate) women. All this makes of them free riders, countering labour market instability and sexism through still little known innovating competencies and feminist solidarity networks.
