Description
Summary:The turbulent environment of an organization can be characterized by a high rate of changes which prove to be difficult to predict. The dynamics of such an environment is independent of the internal processes within an organization, while the dynamics of the organization itself depends on the processes in the information system. It can be assumed that today the Internet, with its hypermedia service, i.e. WWW, takes the role of the global information system. In the second generation of WWW, i.e. Web 2.0, one can observe a clear convergence of areas and functions of the global information system and the turbulent environment, which is modern cyberspace.
