It is considered that flat plates to have distincts thermophysical properties and that they are in contact with thermal reservoirs with different temperatures, in which guarantees an asymmetry in the problem studied. The flowing fluid is considered non-Newtonian of power law type. The Classical Integral Transformation Technique (CITT) was used to solve the energy equation. The temperature field and the local Nusselt numbers in the upper and lower plates are evaluated for several values of the power law index and the Biot number.
