Summary:We studied the histological structure of the glandular and muscular stomach in the Cornish and Plymouth roosters meat breeds. The major elements in the research was found that the intensive development of membranes goiter observed up to 155 days of age, followed by a gradual decrease in growth of up to 420 days. Also it was established correlation between the average male body weight and the thickness of the mucous membrane of the crop.
