The features and problems of property are analyzed. Actual directions of improvement motivation of the hired workers are grounded. A mechanism to improve employee motivation by taking into account the political foundations of the regulation of ownership issues in the country. The directions for further research in the field of motivation are defined.<br>Проанализированы особенности и проблемы собственности. Обоснованы актуальные направления улучшения мотивации наемных работников. Предложен механизм усовершенствования мотивации персонала на основе учета политических основ регуляции проблем собственности в стране. Определены направления для проведения последующих исследований в области мотивации персонала.
