Description
Summary:Abstract
The research aims at:
• constructing a battery for testing senior Futsal players’ skill.
• Establishing standard scores and levels for each units of the battery.
The theoretical framework has dealt with a summary about Futsal compared to football as well as the basic skills of Futsal, testing battery and coefficient analysis followed by a presentation and a discussion of similar studies.
Regarding the research procedures; the researcher , have applied the descriptive methodology according to the style of correlated studies, The research sample consisted of (92) players represent the clubs of Ninevah, Futuwa, Ayadsheet, Alhatra, Sinjar and Rabi’a) and were chosen deliberately, then followed by getting acquainted to the basic skills of Futsal as well as the rationed tests via analyzing the content of specialized scientific references and sources. As there is insufficient number of standardized tests in Futsal, something that is not in favor of the study objective, the researcher went into modifying a number of reliable tests in football. Thus, the researcher have got (17) skillful tests, (11) of which are standardized tests and (6) are modified.
Following the factor analysis of skillful variables; the analysis came to six factors four of which were accepted in the light of the preconditions for factor acceptance which is the first, the second, the third and the fourth factor. Factors were named and tests representing the battery were nominated as follows:
1. The first factor: Hitting the ball and dribbling. Scoring test from movement upon the overlapped divisions inside the goal was nominated.
2. The second factor: Dribbling and hitting the ball. Dribbling with the ball around (6) stakes with different dimensions back and forth test was nominated.
3. The third factor: Calming down and hitting the ball. Calming down a ground ball within two circles from a moving position test was nominated.
4. The fourth factor: Scoring from movement. Scoring from movement.
The most important recommendation are :
- Depending on Battery and it scale as a basis of choosing those who want to participate in the Futsal Football.
