Summary:The article deals with the problem of anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with persistent gastroenterological symptomatology. According to HADS the average level of anxiety in examined patients was (11.20 ± 3.03), which corresponds to clinically significant categories, by scale of depression (9.20 ± 3.61) — to subclinical one. Personal high anxiety had 62.5 %, and high reactive anxiety — 65.6 % of patients. Objectification of anxiety and depressive disorders enable the reasonable approach to the choice of therapy.
