Description
Summary:The different family educational styles are configurated as true attitudes of parents towards their children; Therefore, the cognitive and emotional contents the parents transmit help the children to configurate fhein own attitudes towards themselves and towards the others. This article proposes an integrated model that explains the different educational styles of parents, according to the CARV model —Change of Attitudes and Valorative Relationships— in which, related to each educational style, presents its structure and its consequences in the children’s behaviour, as an evidence of their own attitudes. It is presented as a model to work in personal relationships, in this case between parents and children.
