The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of using the case method in teaching legal cycle disciplines. The authors of the article analyzed various studies on the use of the case method in training sessions in legal disciplines. The case method is one of the methods of interactive learning. The study determined that the case method is a complex method of interactive learning, which includes many elements of other interactive methods, such as: discussion, brainstorming, communication training exercises, problem-based learning, etc. As a result of the analysis, the authors found that within the framework of the case method, students solve problems and situations that happened in real life, which allows them to develop strategic and planned thinking when solving problem situations, as well as develop specific algorithms for solving these problem situations in real life. One of the goals of this method is that students solve the proposed problem situation in several stages, which allows them to develop a scheme for solving typical situations and other problematic tasks that they may face in future work. Also, the method of cases forms the necessary professional competencies for students, which relate to the ability to navigate the labor legislation and apply its norms to resolve various legal situations.https://repository.kvantor.org/public/78/2282
