By courtesy of the expansion in access to information and inspection facilities, directing and persuading the masses with rising knowledge and awareness have become more difficult, and that has resulted in the emergence of different aspects in communication-based persuasion activities and approaches. In line with the changing social and institutional perception in communications, communication approach in public relations practices has shown seasonal differences. In this study, an analysis will be made regarding the transformation of the understanding of communication in public relations in the light of changes in the shape and perception of communication.
