Description
Summary:The paper describes some features of behavior of a mechanical system with self-synchronizing vibroexciters. The influence of friction torque in the bearings of vibroexciters rotors on their self-synchronization has been established by means of experimental research and mathematical simulation. Both the causes and frequency ranges of gaps in frequency responses has been found out. Further modification of the previously proposed algorithm for resonant tuning has expanded working regimes limits of the control system and improved resonant tuning stability.
