Summary: | The article deals with scientific instrumentarium for diagnostics of staffing of Ukraininan machine-building enterprisesthanks to a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge (analysis to determine the conformity of production and economic objectives to staffing, Synthesis to investigate the quantitative dynamics of staff by typing posts, assessments to identify the inadequate level of professional and qualification correspondenceof the employee with the requirements of the employer), which allows to determine the causes of the problems of staffing.This will allow in the future to form a system of scientific and practical measures to bring the professional qualifications of the workers into line with the needs of employers in accordance with the portfolio of the orders of the enterprise.
