Apolipoprotein gene expression in the rabbit: abundance, size, and distribution of apolipoprotein mRNA species in different tissues
We have used human apolipoprotein cDNAs as hybridization probes to study the relative abundance and distribution of apolipoprotein mRNAs in rabbit tissues by RNA blotting analysis. The tissues surveyed included liver, intestine, lung, pancreas, spleen, stomach, skeletal muscle, testis, heart, kidney...
