The procedures of the research included a pre and post competition measurement(for blood samples taken from players). Measurement of the blood includes: Total White Blood Cells (Leukocytes) WBC by using (Manual method) , and WBC differential (neutrophil , eosinophil, basophil, lymphocyte, and monocyte) by using (Leishman stain method). The study concluded significant increase in total White Blood Cells (Leukocytes) WBC, and in neutrophil cells as a result of competition for soccer players.
