Summary: | Imitation as intertextual activity bears upon the relationship between creation and reception, the enunciative context, the recipient’s position, as well as upon the codes in use in a particular domain. All these aspects are particularly pertinent as far as blogs are concerned. The aim of the present paper is to examine the nature and effects of recorded blogs’ literary diversion/pagejacking—whether these take the form of parody, of the reviving/reworking of a literary matrix, or of the reprocessing of a format for commercial purpose. If the question of blogs’ literary genre still remains unsolved, that of their form seems clear enough to question the art of writing.
