Summary: | The paper is chronologicaly analizing the process of the establishing of the European Union Security policy. In a row of intergovernmental agreements, which were verified wit their own constitutions, the key points of creating the Security policy are given, but the internal policies of the memebr states of the European Union remained a little bit dissyncronised. The paper is chronologically analizing the process of the establishing of common foreign and security policy of the European Union. A series of agreements reached, which were verified by mutual agreement states (Treaty of Mastriht, the Treaty of Lisbon), established the guidelines of the common foreign and security policy of the European Union (EU CFSP). There is still incomplete harmonization of national security policy of the EU countries to a level that could completely uniquely to perform on the world stage. This deficiency a cause of this is that the majority of European Union countries unprepared for the huge number of refugees from war-affected areas from the Middle East. Large refugee crisis in the foreground released a security aspect of the common policy of the European Union, but is also revealed the differences between the external policies of the member states in the approaches to the solution of the current problems. Were analyzed security aspects of the newly established factual condition, caused by the refugee crisis and discussed potential solutions to overcome it, as well as issues that the current crisis immigrants open for further research.
