Problems’ analysis of scientific conceptions in the field of medical-resort provision for children in Ukraine

An analysis of scientific conceptions on public administration mechanism’s enhancement in the field of medical-resort provision for children in Ukraine is presented in the article. The results of this research determined that there was no complex research of public administration in the field of medical-resort provision for children until now; earlier these issues were studied mainly concerning medical-resort provision for adults. Issues of social protection for children were considered episodically, problem was studied not in complex but fragmentary, without application of system approach and adaptation of foreign administrative practices in this field. During research author has separated list of approaches for public policy realization in children’s social protection by course «Medical-Resort Provision», in particular: healthcare, legal, economic, social protective, recreation, adaptive, cluster etc. Emergency in application of integrative approach for public policy realization on medical-resort provision for children under contemporary social-economic conditions is grounded.
