Summary:Language, generally, the legal one, in particular, is subject to mandatory rules ofspecialization of the semantic system of terms andstatements. The pressure of the tradition of thelegal act proves to be an inhibiting factor of itsbecoming, being relevant perspective of the issuer,being seen either as a legislator, either as a practitioner in the system: the new technological mobilityrequires major rethinking, even a move of emphasisfrom the transmitter the receiver, which meansthat the first one must consider the translatability of terms in widely used languages for effectivecommunication in the new contexts.
