Summary:The article analyzes the literature on polymorbidity of immune dermatoses. They confirm the possibility of combining with each other immune diseases, due to the presence of immune and metabolic abnormalities that are characteristic for the majority of chronic dermatoses and may indicate the possibility of combining several nosology. We present 2 clinical cases polymorbidity. In the first case — a combination demonstrated in one patient planus, idiopathic atrophoderma Pasini — Pierini and multi-colored lichen. In the second case detected combination of 4 kinds of dermatological diseases — horny eczema, psoriasis vulgaris, scleroderma, and rosacea. Patients underwent complex clinical examination and histomorphological examination of skin biopsies. The presented clinical cases demonstrate the possibility of a combination of several skin diseases in one patient with common etiopathogenic mechanisms
