Photoelectric converter for monitoring lighting systems
This article aims to study the application of photoelectric sensor in controlling and monitoring light intensity of lighting system. The sensor used photoelectric with the sensitivity of light in two upper surfaces which are made from mono crystal Si with p - n - p symmetrical bipolar structure.
