This work arises in the face of the necessity of solving the inadequacies interdisciplinary relationship of the National Defense course with the disciplines of the career of Engineering in Metallurgy and Material of the Superior Institute Metallurgical Miner “Dr. Antonio Núñez Jiménez”, it who limits the treatment of the contends that it is imparted in the disciplines concern to the contents of the National Defense course. As path of solution to the problem proposes a methodological strategy to favor the interdisciplinary of the National Defense course with the disciplines of the career of Engineering in Metallurgy and Material on the base of the integration of the fundamental nucleuses of the knowledge of the National Defense course with those of the other disciplines for the integral analysis of the contends of the career.
