Description
Summary:Analytic solutions to a number of cyclic heat problems, including those of contact heat exchange for a system of two infinite plates presenting thermal resistance within the contact zone under various conditions of external heat transfer, have been provided using the integral Laplace transformation. Solutions for the quasi-steady-state process stage were provided, using two methods, as sets of Fredholm integral equations. The solutions allow for cyclic initiation of heterogeneous heat-generating sources, the thermal friction flow being within the boundary thermal layer.
