Summary:Object and purpose of research. Reciprocal inductance of circuits in terms of non-contact power transfer. Materials and methods. This study was performed as per the methods of theoretical electric engineering. Main results. This paper compares reciprocal inductances of coaxial circular and square circuits, as well as those of non-coaxial circuits. Conclusion. Recommended calculation expressions yielded comparative estimates of reciprocal inductances, including the cases of circular and square circuits (under conditions that their areas are equivalent).
