The personal accounting of officers on the basis of primary materials - orders on promotion allowed to establish that in military colleges not less than 92 thousand officers, and at schools of ensigns - about 140 thousand were prepared, that is it is significantly more, than it was considered to be (about 80 thousand and about 110 thousand) |
