We have carried out analytical overview of the approaches to the establishment of automated control system with respect to quality of algorithms of targets detection and tracking in security systems with active sensors. We have reviewed both the approaches based on the test data and approaches that allow to do without check information. On the basis of the conducted analysis the scheme of automated system has been proposed, which combines assessment and detection of quality of algorithms of target control and tracking, and maintenance of check information with respect to target environment.
