Data were collected from 16 out of 17 sophomores in the Multimedia Technology Program, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology–Isan, Surin Campus, during August 2015 through the interviews and the questionnaires with 0.99 statistical reliability and were analyzed by using means, standard deviations, and t-test. The results revealed that before their studies in the program, students from vocational colleges had low-leveled intelligent skills and lower than students from secondary schools who were at moderate-leveled whereas the t-test showed that both had no statistically differences. However, after their schoolings, students of both groups gained their learning outcomes to high-leveled. The t-test identified that students from secondary schools had gained statistically less learning outcomes in all aspects than the other group with p<0.01 and p<0.05. Furthermore, the results of the instructors’ interviews confirmed the significant student developments of the groups. Therefore, the two groups should be instructed separately in order that instructors could effectively fulfill skills for students from secondary schools especially in vocational skills, working skills, self-directed and responsible skills while students from vocational colleges could be developed in communication skills. Moreover, instructions need to emphasize in fostering good characteristics to students.http://edu.msu.ac.th/journal/home/journal_file/674.pdfthailand qualification frameworks for higher educationacademic skillsvocational skills |

The research objectives were to identify learning outcomes according to TQF
among undergraduate students with academic and vocational backgrounds and to suggest
more effective instructions. Data were collected from 16 out of 17 sophomores in the
Multimedia Technology Program, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University
of Technology–Isan, Surin Campus, during August 2015 through the interviews and the
questionnaires with 0.99 statistical reliability and were analyzed by using means, standard
deviations, and t-test.
The results revealed that before their studies in the program, students from vocational
colleges had low-leveled intelligent skills and lower than students from secondary schools who
were at moderate-leveled whereas the t-test showed that both had no statistically differences.
However, after their schoolings, students of both groups gained their learning outcomes
to high-leveled. The t-test identified that students from secondary schools had gained
statistically less learning outcomes in all aspects than the other group with p<0.01 and

in order that instructors could effectively fulfill skills for students from secondary schools
