Although the municipality of Palu is still endemic area with low malaria cases (the Low Incidence area LIA), but there are always cases of malaria throughout the year. From that reason, there is still important to know Anopheles diversity in this region. This research is intended to identify Anopheles diversity in the area and to obtaine information on the vector status. The methods that used for Anopheles collection is Hole night collection to identify the density and diversity of malaria vectors in the area. The density of mosquitoes based on the number of mosquitoes that caught per person per hour as well as fluctuations in the density of biting people inside and outside the home per hour. In this study, we used 6 persons to collect the mosquitoes.
