Microtribological properties of metal-matrix nanocomposites based on the layered oxides which behave as the nanocontainers

The paper demonstrates the possibility of electrochemical synthesis of nickel-based metal-matrix composites doped with dispersed molybdenum oxide phase, which is capable to play a role of container of corrosion inhibitor that have a significant effect on the micro- and macrotribological properties.
