Summary:In this paper, firstly the device-to-device(D2D)communication system model based on the reflective intelligent surface(RIS)was established in a general form, from which the user's achievable rate was derived and the total rate of the system was obtained. Then the rate of the system was analysed when the transmitting power was high enough. The simulating experiments showed that with the increase of user transmit power, the error of the system total rate between the approximate value and the theoretical value did not exceed 3% under Rayleigh channel condition.
